Congratulations to our 2023 Nicholas Whitlock Leadership Scholarship Recipient: Jackson Terrell!
Jackson is a freshman at Georgia Tech where he is studying biochemistry and involved with Greek life and the Georgia Tech Marching Band. Committed to service and supporting his community, he is actively involved in a variety of service projects through his fraternity, Theta Xi, the Christian fraternity on campus. As part of Theta Xi, he has helped to create blankets for the homeless, donated meals to food banks, and planted trees around Atlanta. Additionally, he is participating in a challenge called miles for MS, where some of the brothers of the fraternity run 50 miles during the month of February to raise money to go towards multiple sclerosis.
We wish Jackson all the best in his first year at Georgia Tech!
