February 18, 2013 marks the one year anniversary of the date that Captain Nicholas S. Whitlock, Captain Ryan P. Hall, 1st Lieutenant Justin J. Wilkins, and Senior Airman Julian S. Scholten gave their lives while serving in Djibouti, Africa. A memorial service will be held at the Hurlburt Air Force Base on this date to honor these four airmen. As part of the memorial, a moment of silence will be observed at the time their plane went down. We ask that you join the Foundation, as well as family and friends of the four servicemen, in observing this moment of silence. On February 18, 2013 at exactly 10:19 CST, wherever you are, please observe a moment of silence to remember the crew of Ratchet 33, every member of our military who has laid down their life for our country and the men and women who continue to sacrifice and serve.
